Yesterday I blogged about how Ruger had stopped taking orders until the end of may because of the large amount of orders they took in for the first quarter.
That does not mean they stopped coming up with new guns. Ruger like Remington is one of the few American made multi-million selling gun companies. Meaning they have more than one gun that has sold over a million units. For Ruger both the Ruger LCP and the Ruger 10/22 has sold over a million units each.
But Ruger not one to sit on their hinds and count the money, just keeps coming up with new toys us brass spitters love. Enter the Ruger 10/22 Take Down Rifle.
Here is the skinny as quoted by Ruger:

Readily separated into two subassemblies, the Ruger 10/22 Takedown™ offers a convenient transport and storage option for the popular Ruger® 10/22®. The barrel and forend of the Ruger 10/22 Takedown™ are easily separated from the action and buttstock by pushing a recessed lever, twisting the subassemblies, and pulling them apart. Reassembly is the reverse of takedown, and is quick and easy.

Strike One Pistol with In line barrel
Aresenal Firearms just produced another winner in addition to their double barrel 1911 pistol.
The Strike one pistol has an inline barrel so it is way more accurate than pistols using the tilted barrel system see the video below.

Cold steel Spartan folding knife
Affectionately called a pocket sword this big folding blade has a huge belly and razor sharp edge for chopping and slashing.

NAA Mini Blackjack .22magnum
The NAA Mini pistols have been around for years chambered in .22 magnum but has not really garnered much respect as a viable self defense option.
With the advent of the Kel Tec PMR 30 people are now revisting the idea of the .22 magnum as a dependable self defense option and all the previous guns that chamber the round. I can also bet my botton dollar more new guns will be coming out soon chambered for this round.
The Naa mini Blackjack comes stock with a nice set of rosewood grips,ported barrel to help felt recoil and accuracy and best of all it has some nice set of sights that are easy to aquire.
The pictures here shows both the beauty and compact size of the Naa mini, a gun that no doubt would be a great backup weapon.

FN57 blows up
This was originally posted on the fn forum. This guys FN57 blew up in his hand while at the range causing him extreme damage to his left hand.
